Agents out of sync

When I look at the real time report on IPCC. Its shows


Available Agents =3

Talking=2

Not Ready=3

Working=`1


so thats a total of 9 agents but the logged in field only shows 8 agents, I have checked the raw data and it shows the same. what the best way to resync this ?

you can try stopping and starting Call Manager PG's. which keep track of agents activity.
