Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 403

Can someone explain this error message to me and what I can do to fix it...

"Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 403: Unable to contact the security gateway."

I have un/re-installed the client and still recieving this message..

Most usual reason for this message is that the Client computer can not get to the VPN host.

1. TCPIP is not working on the client computer.

2. Client computer does not have a connection to the internet or internet connection can not route to the host.

3. The Client VPN Configuration has the wrong Group Name/Password.
