How to change 7912 ip addres and default gateway

I have configured DHCP server to give ip adresses to all my registered phones but I would like to give an specific ip adress and default gateway to a phone.

I use CCM 4.1 and firmware of my phones is 8.0.2.

First disable the DHCP from the phone, then manually assign IP, Mask and Gateway. Check out the following instructions:
