Hello everybody,
I upgrade CCM3.3(5) to CCM4.1(3). It works properly,however there is one issue for EM users.
It takes longer time to login.
Does anybody know any parameters that I could change ?

few things to check
Go to Enterprise parameter ---> Phone URL Parameters
Change the URL Directories: from HOST name into IP address to speed up the login.
3. Restart the following services
-TOMCAT
-IIS
-WWW
and if these things dont help you might want to check memory requirements

I deployed on 2 CCM servers. one works, the other one not, needs to upgrade hardware.
I believe the restarting services work as enterprise parameter has been changed to IP address already.
Could you please tell me about the details? I mean the aboved 3 services.

Howard,
These are basically third party services which have been customized for ip telephoney requirements
WWW and IIS are microsoft services which are required for web server
Tomcat is required for display on IP phone
For details you can search google :)
However here is a very good document for callmanager services
