Trunk between Cisco 3825 and Avaya S8500 PBX

Hello All,


I am new in VoiP field so I definitely need your help here. I want to connect these two devices together using QSIG trunk. PBX uses E1 card and Cisco uses VWIC-2MFT-E1-DI card, physically connect by RJ48 cable. If it works, this router will be act as a gateway for other two CME router from the remote sites. The problem is that I can never make the E1 interface come up. Could anyone point me to the right direction? Here is the configuration on the router

is the controller up? You probably also need clock internal and isdn protocol-emulate network.

The controller is down. I did try enter these two commands, but it still shows down


clock source internal

isdn protocol-emulate network
