I am using IPCCX 4.0(5). In the CAD display, there are two Lanes, one called Enterprise Data Lane (left). The one on the right (not sure what name it is) has a few lines displayed when a call come to this agent phone. The information on this area is not really interested by the Agents. Is there a way to remove some of them (such as CTI port)? I tried from Cisco Desktop Administrator and could not find a place to change that.
