I have installed WIC-2T card into 3620 (64MB DRAM) router. When i run "show ip interface brief" or "Show run" command, there is no serial interface available. But when I run "show diag" command on cisco IOS it is showing the WIC-Card information. I m using IOS version 12.3. can anybody help me to solve this problem ?

Hi, ictforall

WIC-2t is not supported on NM-1E2W. You need an NM-1FE2W to support wic-2T. Or you can use WIC-1T instead on you NM-1E2W module.

Hi

I think you need to configure controller card with using unframed/frame formet.

channel-group 0 timeslote 1-31.

Hope this will help you out.

Hi,

"card type", "controller" command is not working in config mode.

Hi

Can you post the output show version here ?

Also you yourself can check out whether the ios has detected the card successfully by verifying the show version output...

regds

show version command doesn't show the seriel interfaces. here is the output of show version.
