Intercom SIP interface connected to CCM 4.1(3)sr1

Good Day All,

Hi im looking a documentation on how to connect a intercom(has a SIP interface) to my CCM 4.1(3)sr1., such that my ip phones can communicate to the intercom devices.

What is the device? Does the vendor state that it will work with CCM? SIP endpoints are not supported in 4.x

Hi mark,

Thanks for your response,the device is "Alpha Com E7 series"it is a intercom exchange server and has a SIP interface that can connect to IPpabx network as shown on the feature.
