Click and dial

Am new to Cisco voice, recently ordered Cisco unified Communication manager 6.0.

I need to do Click and Dial numbers from my computer.

The context is we have some ASP based intranet which stores customer telephone numbers (in SQL)which we don't want users to see. We want users to click a 'Dial button' against the customer and the ASP system should initiate a call using CM.

What system/feature i should be looking for?

Take a look at webdialer. This might help you. I'm sure you could set it up so that you can hide just about all the information from the user.

However, when the number is dialed, they will see it on their phone display (if it has one).
