CiscoWorks installation issue

Hi,

I am installing common services and when it comes to configuring the apache server i get the following error

openssl.exe - Ordinal not found

"The oridinal 1051 could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.DLL"

Any ideas?

The problem here is that there are multiple versions of libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll on the system. The best way to handle this is to move the copies not associated with CiscoWorks out of your PATH (until the installation is complete).

When the installation is complete, you can move them back, but make sure all of the CiscoWorks components are first in your PATH environment variable.
