Can not access out-of-band interface on Anomaly detector module

hi,

I'm using Cisco anomaly detector (WS-SVC-ADM-1-K9) and anomaly guard module (WS-SVC-AGM-1-K9)

I do successfully upgrade the anomaly guard module to version 6.0(5) but

I got a problem accessing my anomaly guard module after do ugrade from Version 4.0(2) to 6.0(5)

when I do upgrade to 6.0(5) I got

TestPCLoopback: failed on port 1

%CONST_DIAG-SP-3-BOOTUP_TEST_FAIL: Module 4: TestPCLoopback failed on port(s) 1

I tried to fallback to version 4.0(2) but still can not access tihr out-of-band interface

Please anyone can help me...

It seems your hardware needs t obe replaced. kindly contact cisco tac for the same.
