in all CallManagers I take care of is PIN length selectable from 5 up to 20 numerals. But in one of them (only the one which is connected to Microsoft AD2003) is PIN selectable only from 5 to 9 numerals. Not only in CallManager User configuration page. Also in ccmuser web page is written "Your PIN must be from 5 to 9 digits".
I don't know why but the customer requested 12 numerals :-(((
Any idea what (and where) to change ?
