what is the difference between Interface Cared and Network Module?

I want to terminate 16 T1 as the 3800 series router will it be possible to have 16 or more T1 termination at the same router 3800?

Hi,

No I think its only Low speed WAN aggregation (up to 128 Kbps).

Hi Dangal

As far as the slots are concerned you can easily have 16 T1 connections.

You have the options of 4 WIC slots and 4 NME slots where you can place 4 WIC-2T and on the NME slots you can place the combinations of NM-2W and wic cards on that ..

By doing so i feel you will be able to connect 16 T1 lines onto your Cisco 3845 router..
