Using TCL script for IVR annoucement

Hi,

I was wondering if I can use Tcl script on a Gateway router for a single annoucement something like "your call may be monitored for quality purposes" before the call cuts through to an Attendent console main DID? And if so would it also work in Srst mode?

Yes that should work if using H323 GWs, try AA TCL and change welcome.au to your announcement greeting. It will work in SRST.

I forgot to mention that these are mgcp gateways. this solution only works on h323 or can I use it with Mgcp?
