Problems with VWIC-2MFT-E1DI

Hello,

we have a problem with several Cisco 3825 and a VWIC-2MFT-E1DI module installed. When yoe connect 2 E1 links (channeled) on the interface there is an increasing number of CRC errors and also a loss of pings.

After installing 2 moduls and putting the lines on each of the 2 interfaces everything works fine.

On some routers it works fine with one interface.

Any ideas what could cause this problem?

Also I heard about a "bad" range of serial numbers of the chassis!?

Thanks.

I believe you need to push up the bandwidth and redifine the time slots in this case

Can be a clocking problem.

Please send all the details of the connections (what is connected to what) and the router configuration, plus output of "show interface" and "show network-clock".
