Which s/w release enables users to login/out of a line group via phone? I'm looking for a list of 'soft' features that will help me convince managers we need to upgrade from 4.1.3

Rob,

Thanks for that.Great answer. Thanks for the completeness. Can I be cheeky and ask one more: Does it allow the Busy Lamp to show line status when monitoring a speed dial key on phone? (eg 7961).

Hi Rich,

No worries :) This feature is only available with "Presence" functionality. This is only in CCM 5.X and 6.0 not in the 4.2 train.

Hope this helps! Its confusing isn't it.

Rob

Thanks again Rob. Much appreciated. Wanted some 'bullets' to push 4.2 but BLF doesn't seem one of them :(
