I have never heard something like Glass Fiber Module, and shall be greatly interested to know more about it, could please elaborate it for me?

I have heard a lots of people referring the GBIC's as glass fiber module.I think what the original poster is looking for a GBIC card support on 2600 router.

If that the case than please have a look at the module below:
