how to use the ds0-group command to filter out the perticular DS0 from T1 and is there any link for CSU/DSU to terminate DS0 to convert it in to the HDLC encapsulation

I'm actually used to E1's and you have to set framing for the whole controller.


I quess its the same for T1's

will you please explain the detail scenario where and how are you using this ds0-group with different encapsulation types?

You define ds-group to have as many timeslots as given by the service provider.

After that Channelized interfaces gets created and you set the desired encapsulation, if different encapsulation than hdlc is used.

That's really all about it.
