I know you can backup the entire unity express voicemail from within the cue gui, but is there a way to backup a users mailbox prior to them deleting voicemails.
No, it is not currently possible to save an individual subscriber's mailbox. The closest you could get would be to enable imap access (assuming CUE 2.3 or later) and save the audio files off individually.
