In Cisco IOS Release 12.4(9)XJ and later releases, Cisco Unified CME B-ACD AA and call-queue Tcl scripts are embedded in the Cisco IOS software which are functionally the same as the scripts available in the Cisco Unified CME B-ACD tar archives. Use these embedded, or built-in, scripts as a baseline for testing and debugging customized scripts.


I have a script that we have used for auto attendant but it was paid for and therefore can not be shared. But look in the latest versions of IOS and you'll find several scripts already packaged in the IOS for you.
