Eseries voip client doesn't work with CCM 5

I've a Cisco Unified CallManager UP and running.Successfull in recieving a call from cisco extension to X-Lite SIP soft phone.

Now i'm trying to register Built-in E65 VOIP client with CMM 5.But client registration is failing on E65 phone.Phone is connected to Wirless Network.Please let me know any setting i'm missing in cmm 5 or any thing i need to set on my phone.

Please give me any clue on it or ask questions about it to start the coversation.It might be helpfull for me to have an idea to work on it.I'm stuck at this point.
