Lately for some reason sporadically when a user dial a number .911 picks up

I have check the dial patterns and they all are ok. I have also check the dial pattern from the 2811 and they are ok.


The users doesnt know if they are reaching our local 911 or their destinantion 911 office.


Any suggestions and what it could be? or where else can i check?

Probably check your translation tables. Or an admin added a phone into the system that has an extension related to 911x or something of that sort.

You can also use the digit analyzer in CCM to figure out where this is popping up.
