ipcc 3.5(4)- a queue user gets a direct call to their extension (ie, not thru the queue) which comes in from outside, through the Unity system to the person's phone, IPCC marks them not ready and never marks them ready again. They have to manually mark themselves ready again. If you dial the direct extension in house, it marks them not ready and then ready again no problem.
Only if the call comes in from the outside does it not mark them ready again when they hang up.
Is this expected behavior, setting I missed or a bug?
the user's claim this did not occur in 3.5(3), I recently updated to 3.5(4) for dst patches.
