3750 disabling AAA

How to disable AAA on 3750 switch which has got screwed up. I believe RMON mode will not work?

juz follow the steps.

3750(config)#no aaa new-model.

Just bypass loading the configuration and then use "no aaa new-model".

Hi,

If this is a router in service, i believe that you do not want down-time. Use an acl in one of your other routers or firewalls on the way to the AAA server. Then when the 3750 has no access to the aaa server it will use local auth. if you have enabeled :

aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ local

In the Global configuration mode:

#no aaa new-model

For additional level:

#no aaa authentication login {default | list-name} method1 [method2...] global configuration command.
