Inter-Cluster Trunk (Non-Gatekeeper Controlled)

Dear All,

I have a problem to setup Inter-Cluster communication, I have three sites with different clusters of callmanagers (2 ccm each one). I have configured two trunk from my clusters to others, but just one of them work fine. I use the same configuration. when i try to call numbers in the cluster witch did not work, i get in my phone a silence and after a busy tone.

Could you please help me to troubleshoot the problem?

How to confirm if the problem is of routing or not ? I can ping all callmanagers.

I would review the ccm trace files on the inbound Cluster. One thing to check is that the CSS applied to the Trunk has access to the phone's partitions. Have you tried resetting the trunk?

Please find ccm trace in the attached file.

Could you please confirm if the phone with DN: 1205 has received calls from 7324 using VoIP_MA_AU Trunk ?

Calling number : 0617007324

Called number : 1205

Another things anormal : from my site i can telnet on 1720 port to my ccm (pub and sub), but in the remote site i can just telnet to sub. for the Pub, the telnet fails. what can cause this ?
