Callmanager 4.1.2 TSP error Outlook

We have installed cisco TSP client for calling from Outlook. This works fine. After a restart some client loses the line and have to manual select it's phone to use calling from outlook. Users are local admin. Is there an solution?

I have this problem too.

The log file should reflect the current TSP version you have installed.Could you provide us the full tracing from when you start SoftPhone? Itwould be helpful if you delete the current traces before reproducing it again. The attached trace is not sufficient to determine what occurred.
