Yes, you can. Remove the Caller ID DN information from the gateway configuration. Setup the external phone number masks of your DNs to be the proper outgoing number. Check the box on your route patterns that says "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask". This will work assuming that your carrier does not overwrite oubound caller ID.
