Does the Cisco SSL VPN solution modify the Windows "GINA"?

Unanswered Question

Folks, please confirm whether in order to logon onto the SSL VPN solution, upon starting a Windows laptop and getting a "CTRL+ALT+DEL" Windows screen, what type of modification onto the Windows GINA is Cisco making?

Also, what is the strategy for letting users log on onto Windows Vista since Vista no longer relies on Vista?

I am interested in the full SSL VPN functionality client connection option.
