Callmanager does not have paging functionality built-in. You can use a 3rd party product such as Berbee's Informacast to accomplish this. There are other 3rd party products that do this as well.
Not to be redundant but BERBEE would be your best bet :-)
Also, I suggest engaging Berbee Professional Services to help you implement the solution.
