Supervisor Desktop 7.1

Unanswered Question

Hi, I am having trouble with the Supervisor Desktop not showing the correct call statistics. I have an agent that has taken about 30 calls, and it only shows 13 in Sup. Desktop. The historical report shows the correct amount of calls, and other agents statists are correct in Supervisor Desktop. Are the Sup. Desktop and reports pulling data from different databases?

I have this problem too.
