Lost Unity pak Number

I have been asked to assist with a unity install. Found out today that the Pak number is missing. Install is happening on Tuesday.

I?ve spoke with the PM on this and it has been escalated to her.Have also opened a tac case. In the mean time I though maybe I'd check to see if anyone here has anything because I would like to know what to expect.Can anyone give me some feedback.

Hi Brad,

Cisco is very good about these type of issues (you may have already received the PAK #)

If you have not received it yet you may want to fire off an email to;

licensing@cisco.com

With all pertinant info (PO#'s,Corporate Name,Address etc.) I'm sure they will come through for you.

PS: The PAK # may be on the Unity Install cd's

I always thought tha pak# come in one of the those white envelopes.

No luck with the pak # on the cd's at this time. The box is in transit to site which is an 8 hr drive away> I will not see it until Monday late. I will check the cd's then.

The PAK # should be on a sticker on the box that contains the unity cd's.
