IPPCX 4.5 with CCM 5.x

is there any way to install the IPCCX 4.5 standard in the same server of CCM 5.x ,If this is possible plz provide a link .

Also is it possible to install IPCCX 4.5 with unity server (7815-with win 2000) in the same platform

Hi,

IPCCX 4.5 is a Windows based platform. CCM 5.X is a Linex based platform, so it is no possible to install in the same hardware.

I have never installed the IPCCX and Unity in the same platform. You can try it.

Absolutely, simply create call handlers and map caller input digits to other call handlers/director handlers, etc.

Only one thing, regarding IPCCX and Unity installation in the same machine, you must try to do it, but not for a production system, obviosly. It is not a supported configuration by Cisco.
