I try to configure ATOM in two 7206VXR (NPE-G2) routers as the following
-first router
interface ATM2/0.100 point-to-point
no snmp trap link-status
pvc 0/1234 l2transport
xconnect 10.1.1.1 50 encapsulation mpls
-second router
interface ATM2/0.100 point-to-point
no snmp trap link-status
pvc 0/1234 l2transport
xconnect 10.1.1.2 50 encapsulation mpls
But vc is down

I need to know if 7206VXR (NPE-G2) support ATOM configuration or not

According to Cisco Feature Navigator, your router and the IOS it runs should run AToM, please check this document for relevant AToM configuration:

I made the same configuration in 2 routers Cisco 7206VXR (NPE-G1) with IOS c7200-js-mz.123-8.T5.bin and vc is up

Hi,
If same configuration fails on the newer IOS/NPE, suggest you contact the TAC for the due support.

If possible pls provide output of following cmds:
s int at2/0
s mpls l2 vc det
s mpls int
s mpls ldp neighbor
s ip route 10.1.1.1
s ip route 10.1.1.2
