When everything is up and running, the toll free numbers, namely 1300XXXXXX & 1800XXXXXX are coming in via the Voice Gateway, get translated at CCM, and passed to the relevant Hunt Groups and IPCCX queues.
However, during SRST mode, these toll-free incoming numbers are not tie to any phones extn numbers... what is the best way to route these toll-free numbers in SRST mode??
Anyone have configured these??

Create hunting using "alias" commands under call-manager-fallback.

Hi Chris,
I want to route the toll free number 1800-888-868 to my Hunt Group consists of 7 IP Phones in srst. The 7 phones top-down order is:-
3021
2068
2038
2078
1072
1046
8002
Can i do this??
dialplan-pattern 1 1800888868 extension-length 4 extension-pattern 3021
no huntstop
alias 1 3021 to 2068 cfw 2038 timeout 10
alias 2 3021 to 2038 preference 1 cfw 2078 timeout 10
alias 3 3021 to 2078 preference 2 cfw 1072 timeout 10
alias 4 3021 to 1072 preference 3 cfw 1046 timeout 10
alias 5 3021 to 1046 preference 4 cfw 8002 timeout 10
alias 6 3021 to 8002 preference 5 huntstop
Would this work??

I don't think it will work properly, try the following alias hunt:
alias 1 3021 to 2068 cfw 3021 timeout 12
alias 2 3021 to 2038 cfw 3021 timeout 12
alias 3 3021 to 2078 cfw 3021 timeout 12
alias 4 3021 to 1072 cfw 3021 timeout 12
....
It always works for me.
