How to clear dsl counters?

Hi I'm troubleshooting an atm/dsl interface on a 877 router. We have some problem whit CRC errors and Header errors. My problem is that I want to clear the counters(errors when "show dsl int atm 0"),

I have tried:

clear atm

clear int atm 0

clear counters atm

But nothing seems to work, is there another way to clear these counters.

Hi,

"clear counters atm 0" should do it.

If there is no problem in clearing all the counters on the router do "clear counters" and it should clear all your counters.

Hi

tried clear counter atm 0.

this clears only atm interface. I want to clear the information shown when command "sh dsl int atm 0". This is high-level DSL port information.

Hi,

As i told you before, if there is no problem in clearing all the counters on the router do "clear counters" and it should clear all your counters.

Any good advise on the original question?

"clear counters" doesn't clear the stats when doing the command: show dsl int atm 0 which is what was originally asked. Clear counters only clears interface stats

Only a reload will clear these counters.

Clear controller - clear controller counters
Clear interface - resets interface
Clear counters - clear interface counters
