TAPI in Windows Vista

HI all,

has anyone installed CiscoTSP in Windows Vista??

I have a lot of problem with it because it didn?t save any changes in the configuration (user password, call manager, ...) and therefore I can?t use it.

any ideas

(my version of ciscoTSP is 4.1(1.403)

With CCM 4.2(3) same issue.

with ciscoTSP 4.2(0.5) ES09 vista works fine.

the TSP Ver 6.1 works with Vista. Not sure if you can download it though.

Yes Nevilwharton, I saw in another post taht TSP 6.1 works with Vista, do you know if I can install that driver to work with a 4.2 version of CCM.

And do you know where can I download?

with ciscoTSP 4.2(0.5)ES09 vista works fine

Carlos,

You cant use the TSP versionf rom adifferent callmanager eg 6.1 on an application used for another callmanager in your case ccm 4.1.

When you install TSP, there is a read me file that instructs how to install it for windows vista...

Have a look and see if there is anything there that can help you...

The CISCOTSP Is not showing up on some of our machines after installing the Wave drive 4 reboots etc. Some work Vista and XP SP2 and SP3. Anyone with any clues or a direction to go in?
