I have installed & configured call manager 5.0(20. I bought the following for the unity express
NM-CUE-EC
SCUE-2.3
SCUE-LIC-12CCM
CUE-LANG-ENG
After intalling the module and activate it in cisco 2811 Version 12.4(13r)T, i lunched the initilazation wizard for unity express.
I have the screen display CISCO CALL MANAGER EXPRESS instead of CISCO CALL MANAGER.
Could you please help me rectify where the problem lies?
