JRM is definitely not running correctly. What is in the jrm.log?

At this point, JRM looks to be up. Can you reproduce the same problem? If so, have you changed the hostname of this server?

Morning Joe (NZ time here),

last night did a net stop / start of all. 2 sw repository jobs from both from a device and cisco were successful. No server changes in the recent days and def not a change to the hostname.
