lost Private password phrase for CallManager

Is there a way to find out the password phrase for Callmanager 4.1 3?

You cannot find the Private Phrase, but can reset it by using Admin Utility (C:\Program Files\Cisco\bin\AdminUtility.exe) This file is can only be run on the Publisher and it would reset the Password Phrase along with the password of all the service accounts and restart these services. Therefore this tool should only be used during Off-Production Hours. Check http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080557ba5.shtml for information about how to use AdminUtility.

I know my private password phrase but when I running the setup for CRA 3.5(3) the attached message appear.

note that:

I pursued all the setup in the admin utility.exe

(C:\Program Files\Cisco\bin\AdminUtility.exe)

Can you ping to the CCM hostname?

NO I ping the CCM IP address only

I am trying to ping the CCM hostname but I get this (unknown host CCM1)and by IP address it is ok.

what shall I do?

Add the CCM hostname to the lmhosts file on the CRA server. You can find it in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc\Hosts

Be sure to remove the .sam extension from the file once you populate it.

Hi, the default username and password during the first-time setup process only are: Administrator/ciscocisco

dears, oe more thing, I am planning to upgrade to IPIVR V 4.0 from 3.5(3), already we have 900 IVR port license, my question is: can I use this license when upgraded to V 4.0.
