wireless phone problem

dear

i have problem when i call from my wireless ip phone to the wired ip phone its ok

but the problem when i call from wireless ip pjone to wireless ip phone the problem start

please advice

Which IP phone? If the problem is when they are on the same AP only and using autonomous AP, then ensure that PSPF is not enabled. RTP will stay on the AP and will see packets to/from the distribution system. Of course will need something to respond to the ARP before RTP is estabilished.

So would want to ensure that proxy ARP is enabled on the AP as well.

its 7920

If using 4.0, would ensure you are using 4.0.217.0 or later. Some fixes in regards to packet aging and CCKM in that release.

Also can refer to 7921 deployment guide @ where the most data would apply to 7920 as well.
