Attendant Console 5.1 broadcast queue

Hi everyone

I have a new cm 5.1 rollout just gone live, have about 6 switchboard operators using AC 5.1, the hunt algorithm is broadcast so all incoming calls go into the queue, trouble is some of the queues are not updating properly and dead calls are staying in some of the queues, also there has been some strange behaviour from time to time like the users not beng able to answer calls, the solution usually being to log out and in or point AC to different call manager for a while..

anyone come accross anything similar..not having much luck with tac
