Dearsir,

one of customer is having 2821 router in head office and with 4 k.m range he was having branch office like that he was having 5 remote locations.in all locations hawas taking vpn lines to connect mpls network .now head office he was using 2821 router and remote locations which router is suggstable and which ios is required to use mpls vpn network.

if any write up for mpls network pls send to me.Iam attaching the network diagram also.

Hi,

If you are talking about taking MPLS VPN service from a provider, then the CE router doesn't have to be MPLS aware at all, the CE router in this case just have layer 2 encapsultaion and IP addresses under the interfaces.
