I have a remote Router connected to an EVDO Link using an Axesstel Modem that connects to a Local Router that authenticates the Remote Router
into its domain and establishes an L2TP tunnel. Like so:
L2TP Tunnel and Session Information Total tunnels 1 sessions 1
LocID RemID Remote Name State Remote Address Port Sessions L2TP Class/
VPDN Group
1330 137 PDSN est 10.240.3.15 1701 1 1
LocID RemID TunID Username, Intf/ State Last Chg Uniq ID
Vcid, Circuit
189 4470 1330 labevdo@bod.c, Vi2.1 est 00:06:46 208
I established a tunnel interface on each of the Routers (Remote and Local) so that in a way it can be the WAN interface of each Router where they
know each other and so on.
I need to send EIGRP through the EVDO Link using the Axesstel. When I publish the network of the Remote Tunnel Interface or the Local Tunnel Interface
the L2TP tunnel that is established by EVDO stops working.
If anyone knows or have experience with EVDO Axesstel Modems (their use and limitations) please give recommendations on what I should do
to solve the problem. Thanks.

Did you check whether the eigrp process itself has started or not?
