what is difference between MPLS and tag-switching? are both terms are different?
is there any good link or document for understanding the MPLS VPN basic with MP-BGP?

Dan,
Tag Switching was developped by Cisco and later became MPLS as it was formalized by the IETF.
There is tons of documents out there discussing MPLS VPN. A good start would be RFC4364, which specifies and documents MPLS VPN.

so if i will fire command "mpls ip" or "tag-switching" both will do the same function..... is that correct?

That is correct although the tag-switching comamnds are being deprecated.

sir one more thing in AToM we have one label called VCID, so we can say that the each VCID identifies the each Virtual Pseudowire connection between two PE devices for appropriate Customers? can i enable the various QOS features on Pseudowire tunnel?
will you please give me some limitation or drawbacks of MPLS Pseudowire tunneling?
