CNA 5.1 crashing my 3845 router, repetitively

Unanswered Question

Setting up a new community via a new install of Cisco Network Assistant 5.1 is somehow bringing down my 3845 router. IOS is above minimum requirements. I am getting the following when the router comes back up.."System returned to ROM by error - a software forced crash", PC (macaddr). Any ideas as to why this is happening? Unfortunately this monitoring tool is bringing down the network...

I have this problem too.

Please provide the output of "show version" and "show stack" after the router crashes.

Output is attached. 3845Ver.log and 3845Stack.log

Thanks in advance for any interpretation. Router is taking a dump when CNA browses for it.

Based on this, it could be one of two bugs (either CSCsg09208 or CSCsa82934). Both bugs are fixed in 12.4(13). However, more information (e.g. a show run and a crashinfo) will be required to know for certain if these bugs apply. If you cannot upgrade, and require additional troubleshooting, please open a TAC service request.
