Site to Site VPN with Dynamic IP

Hi, I am trying to setup a Cisco 1841 VPN tunnel for a Netgear FVS14 at a remote location. I have tried the SDM and everytime I submit the rules, the 1841 locks up and reboots. I can create a site to site VPN with dymanic IP (remote) correct?

Hello,

You can create the site to site VPN on a 1841 router. If the SDM allows you to create it or gives you the option then it means you should have the correct software to do so.

Do you have console access to the router.

IF so, can you log the console session to a file and try to do the same step. Capture the log file after it reboots and send them over to me.

I figured out that I was using the "step by step" wizard and used FastEthernet0/0 option and I think that is what was causing the lockup. I tried using the FastEthernet 0/1.217 and it configured but then I could not get outside the firewall. What am I doing wrong?
