Recently we upgraded (changed versions) from CCM 3.3.2 to the appliance UCM 5.1.1. The problem is that we have applications that check the SQL database in real time to give call information to the attendants.
Now the CDR database is Informix and the only way i can get the records is manually with CAR. This doesnt fit to our needs.
Is there any way to access directly the CDR Informix database to get real time info? Or any way to schedule a CDR export to a network location regularly?
