catalyst Express 500 - IP address

Hi,

Trying to assign 10.0.0.0 range of IP as management IP for CE 500 switch. as per release notes at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6545/prod_release_note09186a00806996e5.html

" You can now configure the switch with a 10.0.0.x IP address. In the user guide, ignore the statement that IP addresses in the 10.0.0.0 network cannot be configured on the switch."

Tried with both the SEG versions available (12.2(25)SEG and SEG2) but getting an error as following when trying to assign IP in this range.

"The IP addresses in the 10.0.0.0 network cannot be configured on this switch"

Hope somebody can help.
