Can't log on CCM Administration

I have CCM integrated with AD.

I use CCMAdministrator for log on CCM Administration.

Now, there is no connection between AD and CCM and I can't log with CCMAdministrator.

How can I log now on CCM Administration? Can I change password for CCMAdministrator somewhere local on server? How can I log on CCM Administration now?

Sounds like you're using MLA? Take a look at the following link which describes disable MLA in SQL. You will then be able to use the local administrator username/password to access CCM administration.

Thank you so much for posting this. You completely saved my skin. I didn't know that the administrator login would no longer work after enabling MLA and was about to be facing a long day on the phone with TAC. Now I am back up and running and know what to do going forward. You Rock!!
