Hi,
I have problems making the TSP driver work. In the log files I see error that it can not open the directory (time out error)
Is the TSP driver installation different between callmanager 4.x and 5.x ?

You might find the below is useful:
CSCsi64862
Symptom:
TSP 5.1(1.1) can't connect to CTI manager in CM 5.1(1-3000-5)
Conditions:
normal installation of TSP from CM 5.1(1b) on windows XP SP2
Workaround:
there is no workaround
As you can see, there is no workaround at this time, but if you jump on Cisco, they might hurry up with a solution!!

The conditions are exactly as described in bug CSCsi64862.
So we have to wait till a service release that will fix this problem.

This problem has been solved with version 5.1.2.1000-11 and TSP version 5.1(1.3)
